Studio Policies

Packages are non-refundable or transferable except at management’s discretion. Sharing with a friend is only permitted for 30-class packs (validity 6 months).

1 class credit will be deducted in the event of a no-show. Members (including trial-pack users) are free to cancel or reschedule their booking up to 4 hours before class. For Classpass holders, please contact Classpass directly. 

Classes with fewer than 3 bookings will be cancelled with 4 hours’ notice. No class credit will be deducted. (We recommend switching on Ziva Yoga app notifications so you don’t miss an update from us!) 

Latecomers will not be allowed entry once class begins.

All other terms & conditions are at management’s discretion.

  • Trial packs are available for all new-to-studio visitors, and are priced at $30 for any 2 classes of your choice (U.P. $30 for a single drop-in). They have a 2-week validity from the date of your first class. 

    Trial pack-holders will also enjoy a welcome promo upon purchase of a class pack within this 2-week period.

  • Sorry! Trial packs are exclusive to first-time visitors only.

  • Class package extensions (e.g. for travel or medical reasons) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us.
