Guest Teacher Workshop: Versions of You, In Motion

$35 (members) / $45 (non-members)

How does liberation live in the body?

Welcome to a movement meditation on freedom.

Can yoga help us move towards liberation? How does it show up in ourselves – and how do we show up for it?

Blending Hatha and Vinyasa styles, this 75-minute workshop spans movement, pranayama and a short journaling session afterwards. Raudhah’s down-to-earth approach to yogic principles will help you connect with the many ways freedom may reveal itself on the mat – and the versions of yourself that arrive with it.

Come as you are.
Leave a little more whole.
